RFC key members are internationally known specialists in Assisted Reproductive Technologies, and our Center offer services such as In-Vitro Fertilization (IVF), Intrauterine Insemination (IUI) to Pre-Implantation Genetic Screening (PGS), in-house egg donor program, and surrogacy. All of these services are offered in the comfort and privacy of our comprehensive in-house IVF and PGS center. In addition, we work closely with select reputable egg donor and surrogacy agencies with our dedicated third party reproduction team, to provide seamless and smooth coordination for our patients.
Our in-house College of American Pathologists (CAP) certified IVF laboratory is led by multiple experienced embryologists who hold High Complexity Laboratory Directorship (HCLD), the highest certification in embryology. Our highly trained team includes reproductive endocrinology and infertility specialists, embryologists, nurse practitioners, clinical coordinators, financial coordinators, third-party coordinators, and acupuncturists. Many of our staff have been with our center for over 13 years and many more have more than 20 years of experience in our field. Together, we are excited to announce our achievement of unparalleled pregnancy success rate per transfer. This has been achieved by our physicians using IVF with PGS for embryo selection, and FET to create an ideal uterine environment for implantation.

Founding Partner and Managing Director Dr. James P. Lin, Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility
With a unique vision of what constitutes comprehensive care, Dr. James Lin, a native of Southern California, a third generation physician, embarked on his path as an infertility specialist at the University of Southern California, where he completed a Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry. Upon graduating from USC, he furthered his studies by attending Chicago Medical School. Dr. Lin’s subspecialty training began at the rigorous Obstetrics and Gynecology Residency at Saint Barnabas Medical Center, followed by the prestigious clinical and research-focused Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility fellowship at the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine. To advance his understanding of conception at the cellular level, Dr. Lin conducted research in hormone and receptor interactions by examining follicle stimulating hormone (FSH) receptors on developing ovarian follicles and estrogen receptors on reproductive tissues. Dr. Lin continues to stay on the forefront of infertility advancement with the world’s most published team in gene sequencing and pre-implantation genetic testing.
In addition to the thousands of testimonials from Dr. Lin’s patients over the past 15 years, including countless “Dr. Lin is the best doctor ever,” Dr. Lin is known for his long-term philanthropic efforts with Irvine Public Schools Foundation, March of Dimes, Irvine Ranch Little League Baseball, Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA) for children, and Linfertility Family Foundation/In Vitro Foundation. In Vitro Foundation helps patients with notable community services, financial need, and families with children diagnosed with genetic diseases, and the Foundation also works towards a world where no baby will be born with known genetic diseases. With this mission in mind, Dr. Lin is quintessential to the formation of a new worldwide reproductive genetic society, with the initiative for elective single embryo transfer at the highest live birth rate possible. In conjunction with genomic experts and researchers from Harvard University, the future of fertility will expand genetic carrier screening to preconception counseling and testing, using non-invasive perinatal testing, for a healthier generation.
