Steve Masler, CEO of Fertility Source Companies (The Donor Source/The Surrogacy Source) is a CPA (Certified Public Accountant) who has had a long and distinguished history with fertility related enterprises and organizations.

Prior to assuming the CEO role at Fertility Source Companies, Steve has been President of Specialized Medical Management (SMM) a fertility medical management company. SMM managed the business and financial affairs of several fertility medical practices for 13 years. SMM also managed the affairs of a multi-specialty surgery center whose primary specialty is fertility.

Steve also served as CEO of Genesis Network for Reproductive Health (Genesis) for 10 years. Genesis was an organization comprised of 17 academic and private fertility physicians who grouped together to perform multi-center sponsored research studies.

Steve has also been active with The American Society for Reproductive Health (ASRM), forming the Practice Manager's section of that organization and serving as its Chairman as well as Chairman of its educational offerings. Steve developed the present regional structure of that organization as well.

Steve has been a frequent speaker at professional fertility conferences and a contributor to various fertility publications including Fertility & Sterility, where he also served as a manuscript reviewer.
