The new film by Lisa Cholodenko took  nearly five years to produce, but, “The Kids Are All Right,” which hits the big screen on Friday in Denver has been well worth the wait. Cholodenko wrote the dramedy, already drawing critical acclaim,  about a couple whose children seek out their sperm-donor dad with the actress Julianne Moore  in mind, and Moore has been there from the start.
